Yeah keep going with the images. For about the past 6 months user uploaded images have been moving the needle more than reviews, and I think that's how the trend is going to be in 2024

Well, first of all, you need to do the competitor analysis for your targeted niche and area. And then you need to optimize your website too, because GMB and the website are both tied to each other. So you need to publish good-quality content and do proper on-page SEO for your business.

And if you are spamming reviews, try to do it cautiously because if your reviews start getting flagged, then it will be difficult to rank your GMB.

Also, if you are doing reviews, then add some keywords in the review, like adding the location, service, and the guy who did the job. That would certainly help you rank your GMB.
