Help with getting a website re-ranked

Hi there. Basically a few months ago I created a website, which I had picked up by Google after only a few days. Due to some complications, I was unable to pay my hosting fees, and my website was taken down. Recently I looked into getting back into doing this site, and I paid the hosting bills and my site is back up online. Unfortunately, my website no longer appears on Google. Does anyone know the process of how to get my site back into Google? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks a lot, Al

How long your site was down?
Have you checked are all pages deindexed (usually it takes some time)?

About 3 months. Yes all the pages are deindexed

Try starting off from scratch again but this time take it slow so that you don't also get burned out managing the site.
