Help with Fraudbusters & evil tracking scripts (call home codes)

"You can clone a website using tools like HTTrack ... for PC or for ... Mac. Make sure you remove evil tracking scripts ( call home codes ) etc… from cloned pages. This can be dangerous. It can send your traffic to them. You have to be careful while doing this. If you are not that technical to identify these evil practices, I have yet another option for you:

Use WordPress or static site generator and copy paste text and images from a host website ( the website which you want to clone ). This is by far the safest option for you but not necessarily the fastest or easiest."


Does anyone have any knowledge about this "evil tracking script" it talks about? apparently it can direct your paid traffic to theirs (is what i was told). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
