Hello guys, want to hear some experienced opinion on this one: My accounts are getting this message:

FL settings are 350-450 a day 7 days a week. NOTE: this doesn't happen on a new account, however, when I keep following for like 2-3 weeks, THEN this error occurs.
Question: what are the safe techniques? Follow let's say 5 days/week instead of 7/week? Follow 2 weeks and then turn off following completely for a few days?
