Help with finding a tool

Hello everyone, I am a web designer and I was wondering if anyone knows of a tool that will scrape the internet for websites that are I.E not mobile responsive, have bad code, are from XXXX year and just outdated. Thank you for your help, just looking to find more clients.

You can hire a VA to do this for a decent price.

Also one other thing that you can scrape that isn't as complex as mobile responsive or bad code, is unsecured websites, just set to find websites that are http and not https. I'm not sure of an exact tool that does this but maybe GSA or something in the marketplace
