Dear all, i'm a super newbie with fb marketing. The usual white hat/black hat SEO appears more straight forward.

I just can't seem to understand fb at all.

1) What is the "logic" behind fb?

Some wierd posts/pictures/vids get shared a lot and a lot of exposure. Whereas some posts that I thought would be more shareable would receive less and I would need to boost it to reach more.

(i mean its fine, cos apparently fb still gives me a lot of mileage, for a few cents, the reach and click through rates are amazing)

2) How to scrape/track fb?

For example, say i want to track all the public fb posts that ever exists that talks about "cats" , is there a way to do so?

3) Lifecycle

The lifecycle of a fb post/content appears really really short, and it seems more productive to work on the web and SEO instead with a longer lifecycle.

4) No choice

But no choice, in this part of the world, the citizens are like always on fb...

5) Automation

fb is really cracking down on these.. i dun want to get banned...

Any expert advice would be helpful :)
