I Suggest You to Run ads from agency accounts, I am getting same problem before but now I am using agency Fb accounts. (Buy account from a trusted source, there are many fraudster are there. Be aware)
Make sure that your advertisement is not against the Facebook Ads ToS. Also I've heard that your profile should be with profile picture, aged and with legit looking Name! (not sure if true)
