Help with dot org domain

Hi guys, I just bought a single word .org domain. Are there any suggestions on how I can make money out of it.

Since it's a .org is it okay use Wordpress and add PLR articles there and flip it after it's ranking good for high volume keywords?

Or should I develop it into an authority site with unique and informative articles and make money on advertisement?

The domain's autopilots . org by the way.

You don't need to treat a .org any different to a .com. Anything that you'd put on the dot com you can put on this site.

Does this mean that a dot org has the same value as a dot com when it comes to selling it?

I'm new to site flipping so sorry about the noob questions.

No, it doesn't mean that at all. For a premium domain name the dot com version is going to be the more valuable one. If you've built a website on fdkjaklsdjfnmdsafdoin.org, it's going to have the same value as if you built it on fdkjaklsdjfnmdsafdoin.com

Thanks again Karlos... So that's why they keep on saying that you should only buy dot com whenever possible.

Now I need to come up with an idea on how to spruce up this domain. Thanks for the info, now I can do whatever it is I want to the domain without thinking if it is fitting or not for a dot org. Haha
