Hi, I received a report email from Cloudflare stating that they are going to take down the CDN where I host my files within 72 hours. I want to move away from Cloudflare because they actually act on the reports they receive. I already have offshore hosting with AlexHost, but I need a way to hide my CDN so that the hosting company doesn't receive the complaints. Is that possible?

Any solid host or CDN provider should have their DMCA policy in place, crafted and precised by a lawyer.

As for CDN, no idea what type of a site or business model you run.
There are alternatives that could work for you, but most solid CDN services may be somewhat strict.

I'd be straightforward about what type of site and business model you run before signing up for another plan.

This is the downside of utilising a legitimate CDN (Fastly, Akamai, Bunny, etc.,) as they will take action against DMCA/copyright complaints (even if they're fraudulent!). Might be worth looking into either Altrosky or DDoS-Guard (albeit you'll pay for the 'protection' - former I can recommend from past usage).

With regards to AlexHost, be wary, a lot of the "long-standing" and public-facing hosts (e.g., AlexHost/AVA and V-SYS) are coming under much more scrutiny from law enforcement and the trigger-happy lawyers, so focus on recommendations, dicussing directly with the providers your business model and ensuring a smooth relationship rather than price or fancy marketing gimmicks.

Good luck with you endeavour.

Actually its all about the jurisdiction and the IP's where your content is hosted, some jurisdictions have more privacy related laws, they differ according to the jurisdiction, so if your content is flagged by the CDN IP, you would have to resolve it with them, or simply take the CDN off, and see that your physical server is located at a location whose laws allow you to host that content.
