Help with digital delivery ban!

I have purchased mydigitaldispatch and have gotten a domain with hosting. I can't figure out how to do the rest of the installation. Anyone know if I can pay someone to download it for me.

I know they offer a free installation themselves but I have been asking them to do that for me for a month now and I have not gotten a response. Thanks
