Help with dead YT Shorts channel

Hey yall, just wanted to come on here for the first time to ask if you guys had any advice on my content and if there was anything I could do to improve my views as I genuinely don't currently see an issue presently in my content. I will say that I have went viral a couple of times in the past, and I have a couple videos (that are now private) with over 40 million views, but that was a while ago. I am currently losing 3-4k subs per month and also my likes are in the negatives for some reason, and when I upload the videos do not do well at all.
