[HELP WITH CREATIVES ADS]

Hey guys. I am affiliated with a weight loss product. I'm thinking of a way to inspire me to make creatives (both in image and video form) that is very persuasive. I want to aim for a CTR > 5%. Can anyone help me? Anywhere I can get references and etc?
