Spintax -
{Hey|Hi|Hello|Howdy|Greetings} my name is {Cindy|Philis|Wendy|Becky|Amy|Sarah}.
Most spinner tools use the above spintax. Then one or two becomes thousands. The tool will pick a random value from inside the {} each run for example.
Hey my name is Cindy.
Hello my name is Becky.
Hi my name is Amy.
Etc.
I actually include this in most of my bots. This is very efficient and you can make sure every outcome is readable.
If you do not have a spinner tool like this for your self, you can post in the freelancer section. I could code this in less than 30 mins. So don't get ripped off.

You dont have to write that many captions. organize your pictures into a few different categories. Write one caption for each category and then, just like you have a bot posting the images, have it reword each caption a bunch of time and then attach it to and image from the correct category... It would not take much code at all to accomplish...

That didn't help much.
You could make a list of hashtags and rotate them using spintax.
#{dog|dogs|dogsofinsta} #{pet|pets|petsofinsta} this would return 2 random hashtags related to dog niche
