Help with CPAGrip

What i am getting from it is, you make a website in a specific niche, then you go to cpagrip and copy and paste their links on your site then you drive traffic to your site? Correct? if so then does that mean you can add google adsense along with cpagrid on one website and lets say an affiliate program along with the other 2? Or am i getting all this completely wrong?
