First, get a SSL and secure your site, second you need to start fixing load times on your site it is bad, use WebPageTest it offers a lot of details on your loading. Fix this first before anything else, your site is not behaving good.

I don't think you'll get approved with how your site looks now. The logo doesn't look professional. Your site doesn't have a title. No navigation menu in the menu bar. There are so many things you need to fix. Just make these basic changes and re-apply if you get rejected.

It is too much to write here, I suggest you hire someone in the marketplace here on the forum with the knowledge to do it for you. It would cost between $60-$100 pay someone, or start reading up on WordPress optimization and learn it yourself.
