I need to know if the content in content locker promotion method has any restriction of the copyright type and similar restriction ?

Not from the content locker itself, no... it's up to the affiliate program you've signed up with.
With content locker pro, there are ways to fake the referral domain.

It depends on the network you are signed up with. Adscend Media and Adwork Media doesn't allow copyrighted material where as MGCash allows copyright material.
