help with clickbank ?

i made an account on clickbank . and put my e-book to " approval request " but is takeing more than 3 days. i think is cus i didnt do one part , i am totaly lost . can some one help me ?

also when i go to try "Make test sale to ensure that your payment link is working correctly." it does;t work , cus pitchmaigc NOT CONNECT TO MY clickbank ? i am lost plz help
