So I have an aweber list with 15,000 people, only problem is that aweber charges me $130 / month to have all these emails.
Despite having all these leads, I have never cleaned out my list from people who don't click or open, I just delete unsubs.

In an effort to drop below 10000 leads and pay only $50 I want to clean my list?
or if you have any suggestion on how to manage a list with all these emails please let me know ?

What is a general rule of thumb for cleaning a list?

Nobody? I can really use some advice on this.

Well, first of all if you have 15000 subscribers ,then definitely you are getting leads which turns into profit and if you getting leads or profit than$130/month is nothing,so why you want to short your list, who knows which one from your list could be a potential buyer...so don't think about what fees you are paying to maintain that list..think how much you are getting from these leads....I'll ask you if you can transfer that unsubscribe people or 5000 list to me,which you already unsubscribed ,I'm more than happy to keep that list...plz pm me

Normally if a subs doesnt open your email for 3 months then its better to drop them then paying for a dead leads,I usually keep a close eye whose opening my email & whose not. Then clean out the list to keep my list fresh & open rate normal.

Send me a zip of your list and I will clean it. It will take about 3 days to do that many emails.

How does Email Verification work
Our email validation service will check your lists in multiple ways to ensure you have a clean valid list

Email address syntax check
Invalid addresses are removed

Availability of the domain for email
Checks the availability of the domain ie we mark addresses that are fine with valid and mark nonexistent domains as invalid

Existence of email addresses on mail servers
We try to establish an SMTP connection with the mail server and test the email address against the receiving server

Some email addresses cannot be validated such as AOL.

just use aweber filters. choose who did not open email last one-two...whatever months... and delete them... if you want you can backup your lists before that.

Hi,

I have an Aweber account with the "unlimited" emails option from a while back. How much is it worth to you? :-)

I'm not really sure. Is it already paid off or do you have to pay monthly? I need more details.
