Help with choosing an Affiliate product

Any tips on how to choose an affiliate product?

I found a couple with $50-$80 CPA and 3,000-5,000 monthly searches. I'm thinking of trying the churn and burn method. Should I search for higher EMS since I'm going to try Churn and Burn?

You should try with long tail keywords or smaller markets that will convert if you are still learning the SEO basics
