Help with Captcha solve

How do I solve a captcha image and make it returns a text in the browser ( eg Firefox) . And after this copy and paste the text. This is all done through a imacro API.

I must have a local server ?

GSA,Capctha Snipper or another program make this? I dont want to pay for resolution for captcha...i need some program or script...?
