HELP with buying proxies

This is the first time I'm using proxies. My main purpose is using massplanner to grow my instagram/Pinterest and Twitter accounts. I have few questions as a newbie so I would be really grateful if someone can help me with them

1. What does "Monthly Randomize" mean?

2. Can I use one proxy for many Instagram accounts, ONE AFTER THE OTHER(Not simultaneously)
Ex: I use Account A for 1 week, then remove it and use Account B for 2 weeks, then remove it and use Account C for one week and so on.

3. If the answer is yes to the above question, how many accounts can I use like that one after the other?

4. If I buy specific proxies(Ex:Instagram Proxies) can I use those proxies for other accounts(Pinterest etc) too?

Also if it's not against the BHW rules, please suggest some good sellers on BHW

1. if you manage to block/ban your IPs, at the next paying cycle you can ask for another IPs, basically you refresh your proxies' IPs (only if you ask for it).

2. You can, but I don't recommend it because you will draw a connection between your accounts.
However, if you decide to do it, always keep the same accounts to the same proxy. Create an excel and keep track of which 3 accounts you use for which proxy IP.

3. A maximum of 5 accounts. However, if you automate your accounts, decrease the number of acc per IP. I recommend you start with 1acc/IP and move into 2acc/IP and then to 3acc/IP. It is not recommended to have more than 3 'automated' accounts per IP.

4. Ask your provider. For most of them you might be able. 90% of the time they should work safely.
