Help with Bing

Can Someone tell me why i got error when adding my debitcard on bing ads? i remember i already used it on one of my bing account but i forgot the login details on it.. is it not allowed on bing to use the same debit card on different account? this is the error

You are allowed to use the same credit card on multiple Bing Ads accounts. This error usually results when you make an endeavour to add a card from a country that Bing Ads does not currently support, although it would be better to contact their billing support directly so that they can address the issue.

Are you from outside the US and attempting to target the US marketplace? If so, an error will occur. Like Zwielicht states above, contact billing support. They are usually good about clearing issues up like this.

well. adding a payment instrument especially when you are not in the US is one of the greatest challenges with bing. I have lost over $600 of business trying to figure out this when one time my account was banned. here is how i solved it:
1. make sure the details you enter into the fields match those on card issuer's system- i recommend using a bank. (Details to check mostly are the address, town/city and zipcode/postal address)
2. Enter the names as they appear on the card
3. The Names of payment instrument must mach those of account.
4. Bing doesn't like prepaid cards

Try these. If they dont work ping me, I can assist or contact bing support

I believe you need to have like one dollar or two to verify your debit.
That happened to me after I try to add a card, I receive a sms on my phone that bing was trying to take $(I forgot how much). This leaved me to believe that you probably have to have some funds on your card.

If you debit is empty this might be the reason.
