Help with Authority Site Link Structure

hi guys.
Currently i'm building an authority amazon affiliate site and need some suggestion with internal link structure

Im targeting a broad topic , lets just say its a kitchen niche
Which one better :
A. Make article about best toaster , best cofeemaker , best refrigerator , etc and then make supporting article for each article ex : best aa toaster , best bb toaster , best xx refrigerator , best yy refrigerator.
B. Make super long article that cover all about best toaster . Best refrigerator , best cofeemaker. And try to include all the long tail keyword in 1 article.

I hope my explanation doesnt get too confusing. And sorry if i overcomplicated things.
Any help really appreciated.

micro niche site would be good.

for example if your keyword best cofeemaker has good searches then use that as primary and link others as secondary
