Help with Anti-detect browser running instance in background / headless mode

Hello so I have an extension script that I use to automate a process on a site. If I create a browser profile in dolphin anty or any other anti-detect browser and start my script can I close the tab and make it run in the background / headless mode ? It is annoying because this script when running needs to make some clicks and open some pop-ups and this windows keep appearing on my screen even if I put the tab in the toolbar.
Is there any way to fix that ? I must use the option "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" so I can not disable it.
Anyone with more experience in this please help me preferable in Dolphin Anty.
