Help With an IP Address Question

I'm just trying to build a few boring link farms and would like to know what the best way of doing so, so that all my links are not coming from one IP address.

Can somebody help please? If you have any advice that would be helpful that would be a bonus.

Buy cheap ($4/mo) hosting accounts with a few providers, and then create the blogs on several domains you buy. Sub-domains are OK for that.

Some providers will also sell you IP's on different c-class ranges. Instead of having to deal with like 200 hosting companies.

Thank you for your replies. Do you have any recommendations, particularly with providers that will allow you to use different C-Class address ranges?

Also when creating a site on a different Ip address to I also need to continuously maintain the site from that address from which it was created?
