Help with Affiliate Staregies

I have multiple streams of ecommerce business and I am not sure if I should funnel it into one aff program so all affiliates can have access to the products, or have each line of business have its own aff propgram. Pros and Cons on these are pretty evenly weighted. Would appreciate any help from experts here. TIA

If you want to funnel into one then do it right away!waiting for the right time would make it more difficult.
