Hi, I just need help with adwords account. I purchased a pre approved churn burn accounts ( actually 2 of them ) with threshold with a pre approved website. Now as soon as i created a new campaign in that account with my new website ( website was completely whitehat btw) both the accounts got suspended due to circumentive policy. I am not sure what's the reason. TIA

There are many reasons why your account got banned. First, in your adwords account if you got suspended for circumentive policy, it should have to do with your website, keyword and landing page. This has nothing to do with the account where you are using.
1) your landing page should look adwords suspicious.
2) the keywords you are doing are high risk keywords
3) you have violated their policies
No one knows exact reason why an account gets suspended for policies, as google will never answer. But this is my experience on circumventing the system.
I worked with an cryptocurrency campaign with an client, the website is good and also got approved in adwords, however before the campaign is created there was test campaign which ran for couple of days and it has nothing to do with account.
As soon as i created the campaign of the client and then ran it, i got suspended for circumventing system, even though i see that the campaign is approved and ads are approved. So i tested using another method with the same campaign.
Instead of working on an individual account, i have ran it on an business account, and i created a new domain and used a good landing page and just showed some tips in the new landing page and then cloaked it.
This time it worked, for couple of weeks, until adwords found it. But finally atleast i found out, it got resolved. Again adwords are reviewing campaigns now a days manually. They are manually visiting the website and having a look at it.
I checked with their ips and checked their manual visit as soon as we created campaign. This happened to me couple of months before. But i am working fine as of now.
So just experiment the same using different methods, you can get it working.

This isn't correct.
Circumvention is Google's way of saying you're trying to cheat their systems. One of the most common violations is opening a new account when you already have a suspended account. If Google detects you are linked to a previously suspended account, you will receive a circumvention suspension.
Unless you are doing something like cloaking, excessive redirects, then nearly always a circumvention violation is because you already have a suspended account.

Circumvention also refers to misleading landing page.
So i have said in terms of the landing page.

Misleading landing page comes under a misrepresentation or untrustworthy business suspension.

Nope.
If the content of a landing page is misleading, you will 9/10 times get a suspension for misrepresentation or untrustworthy business. The exceptions are if you are advertising something on the landing page which you shouldn't (e.g. adult, gambling, medical) and the violation comes under that category.
A misleading landing page (content wise) isn't cloaking. Cloaking is the process by which you are tricking Google's verification of your campaign. If you are using things like iFrames, this is another example of circumvention. A further example would be some affiliate site that is already subject to a suspension, if you include a link to that again on your landing page, you will receive a circumvention suspension.
The OP's churn and burn accounts are most likely being linked back to previously suspended accounts, hence the circumvention violation. Exactly what Google is picking up remains to be seen, but there is some common factor that is being detected.
If the issue was the landing page/ad copy/business, then the suspension would have been for untrustworthy business. Last year I helped prepare a business plan for Google for a client who was suspended for advertising an ICO campaign (the suspension was untrustworthy business).

Looks like the page has been flagged to Google and they take it pretty seriously. You can always submit and appeal, however not sure if that's something you would want to do...

Out of hundreds of circumvention suspensions, I've only ever seen 3 which were successful.
Two of them were for using the the DMS of a third party company that had been suspended by Google for some flagrant policy violations. The other one was a legitimate mistake by Google and their detection processes.

Just like @Sephrata say make sure you have not use a way you can be traced that obviously happens but i once appeal and got my adwords account re-enabled

@Sephrata Boss can you help me?. I have created 10 accounts so far that all accounts have been suspended with circumventing systems policy. I had a post in the forum some days ago where you were commenting and giving some guideline. I'm creating an account with those Gaudiness. But this time the ads was approved but the account was under review and after one day the account suspended with circumventing systems policy. I was running the ad with the Cloaking (JCI) .Where was my mistake here & What can i do .. please help me . Thanks Boos

Without going through your accounts with a fine sieve, I cannot tell you exactly what's wrong.
The fact that you're also cloaking could be the reason. I've seen a number of users on here say they are getting suspended when running Adwords campaigns, so I would suggest you take it up with the JCI support team.

No, not from bhw.
So as far as I understand problem is with the accounts of seller. So I need to find another seller. There is one on bhw as well martworld. I talked to him but after getting two accounts suspended from the other seller, I never tried his accounts. Any seller you guys suggest ?
Even sellers from BHW are not confident about their accounts...i am also looking for accounts....2 guys contacted me but they are not confident of providing ban proof accounts....good luck..
