Hey guys,

I'm trying to batch process a huge list of gifs and add a unique border background to each one.

I know how to tell photoshop to open gif1, then add border1.jpg to it, and save.

But what I can't seem to figure out is how to tell ps to open gif1, then add border1.jpg to it, and save, then open gif2, then add border2.jpg to it, and save.

I hope that makes any sense. Help much appreciated! :)

You can save the action, then batch apply that action to all images in a folder.

I dug up a quick 3-minute tutorial for you, since it's probably better if you follow it visually:

The action requires a changing variable (ie border1.jpg, border2.jpg etc) and that's where my confusion lies. Anyone else know how this could be accomplished?
