Help with adult auto updating site

Hi I have been working on for a couple days whenever I have free time a adult website and I want to make categories that search multiple tube sites of my choice and refresh the content regularly iv been coding it with adobe dreamweaver cs5 and css3 and HTML 5 I saw some wordpress stuff and I'm interested in it but I want to keep the look and feel of my site so if there's any good free ways I can make it auto refresh that would be great and keep my look at the same time...thanks in advance
