Help with adsense approval

hello good people,
AdSense disabled my 3 years old account and I decided to apply for a new one with a new domain and email and I was not approved because of duplicate account I guess it was detected because of similarities in name and address. My question is can I use the new domain that was not approved to apply for Adsense again on another email with different detail.

Yes, you can.

This information must be different:

- Phone Number
- Address
- E-Mail
- IP address
- Name Surname (Not required)

Buddy, change every single information.
Specially, IP, address and bank info.

thanks for your reply mate didn't consider IP address as an issue

thanks for your response I never considered IP address as an issue wirh adsense

Make sure to create a new browser when creating a new account. Use a new email obviously and you can use your mobile hotspot for an IP address.

Just create the account with some family member's details and mobile/pc and it shouldn't be a problem.
