help with a way to extract facebook and pinterest links

can someone help me with a way to scrape/extract the following information?

facebook:
on public wall (personal page) need to be able to pull all of the public post urls (e.g. /apple/posts/1234451754121431)
same thing for fan page

pinterest:
on a specific board pull all pin link codes
