Help with a simple paypal affiliate script.

Hello,
There are people around looking for a simple paypal affiliate script.
here's a version of nixie affiliate for paypal, but i'm not a programmer.
The script is quite good but there are few things to add and put it for free in the download section.
3 things to add are :
1. Add a logout link in the admin section.
2. Add the possibility for users to receive $X at registration and-or for admin to be able to add $X to an account.
3. check for security holes if any.
