Help with a Classified Site

I've two Facebook Groups which have over 120k ads between them. With over 10k posts made a month.

I have this linked upto my classified site, each advert is posted via a live feed. Approx 50k ads uploaded onto the website now.

I'm working on a bot which will message each of these users to to upload there adverts and take advantage of the premium features of the site. Waiting on Delivery of Accounts.

I'm trying to figure out a way best to target these users along with the marketplace users in my area to convert to my site.

There's no specific way to target these users via fb ads.

Any other methods to help get this going?
