[HELP]witch payment method for freelancer?

hello dear friends,,i finally decided to start taking some design work for local businesses as freelancer,,, i want take payments from them,,,i have a payoneer account so i want to link it to paypal,2checkout or skrill and start accepting credit card payments.
the problem is that to do that i must have a business account with one of theme (pp,2co,skrill) and must verify my business,,but how can i get a business account as freelance?i mean i don't have a business registered in my name,,so i'm afraid when starting receiving funds my account will be blocked and they ask for verification.
so my big question: HOW TO GET BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL?2CHECKOUT OR SKRILL?AND WITCH ONE IS THE BEST FOR A FREELANCER?

If you are dealing with local businesses, F*** paypal.

Just deal in cash, cheques or bank transfers.

You do not need a business account, any bank account can be used.

If you are a sole trader a business account makes no sense.

the problem is that i operate overseas! i'm from Algeria so far from usa,,so is there an issu?

Do they have banks in Algeria?

I'm not from the USA either, how do your local businesses pay each other?

Phone up a web designer or something pretending to be a client, ask them how they accept payment.

In your first post you mentioned you were doing freelance for local businesses (Which as I understand means they are in your area) . Like Dollars said, dont deal with online payments.

one information is that i can't receive funds in my bank here in algeria,,,we have shity system here so forget about local banks,,here most transactions are made with cash!!! yes beleive or not having a credit card in algeria is a luxe!! many freelancers are based in third countries like mine,,,searching on the net most of them are using paypal or 2checkout,,,how can i use them too under my own name since i don't have my proper registered business!?is there a solution to set up my own business online?

let me explain:i want to take projects for foreign clients(usa,uk,europe) and i want a way to get paid online then transfer my funds to my payoneer us bank account,,,i have already my premier paypal account linked to my us bank account but need to upgrade to business account to accept credit card payments,,,this precess needs business details verification (brand,address,.....) but i'm just a freelancer operating under my own name....so can i get a business account with paypal or 2checkout as freelancer?since this will solve my problem.
hope the explaination is clear.

Try Payoneer. Payoneer is for freelancer. You can also use Paypal, take payment from buyer by fund transfer.

i have already payoneer,,,can i use only payoneer to accept directly payments?
