Actually i am promoting offer through my email
the offer has email promotion also
for 5 clicks i got 4 leads
if my AM asks me how you getting leads?
what should i reply?

first off, if you keep sending emails i doubt your conversion rate would be that high...besides, if your offer is allowing email marketing and you are doing so, there is no reason to lie to your AM

if your content is ok, meaning its not misleading then you're fine. you can tell your AM you are using email traffic or you can even tell him you don't wish to reveal your traffic sources (this is understandable because the CPA company may steal your traffic source)
