I would go with the Yellow, the second one. I typically stay away from reds only because it is hard on the eyes. Remember people are ver judgemental on the internet. The second one is much more clean, and looks nice. I wish you the best

Thanks a bunch. I read that red is captivating for readers/buyers thats why I went with it. Still working on it though.

Thanks for that. As soon as I posted that, i went looking and did a TOTAL revamp of the site. Looks 1000000 times better. Check it out, let me know what you think. Obviously still needs cleaning up, but I am so much happier with this.

MUCH better, and blue is what i would have suggested, for "comfort".
I think the second page is more captivating to all people, where the red tones from the first tend to shy away what your trying to get across. I am not liking the first one at all..I dont want to offend you but the first one looks like a little girls school binder..and less like a personal training website, just my personal opinion. The second page looks more professional compared to the first page. I hope my constructive criticism leads you down the right path.

Yea, I was working with the idea of the first two pages and just accepted all the hours i put in looking for something I wanted. But once I posted here, slept on it, I knew it wasnt good, at all.
Working with the blue one, i think I can make a great site.

i liked this link. made me go check out sites and see how things are being implemented. a lot of the sites i have purchased from, or felt certain ways about, fit into these color schemes
