Thinking about it now after the pm, theres no real point in reporting it, its probably fake anyway, and usually nothing will come of it when you report shit the worst will be it will be removed.

Id be curious to see how you found it and what the image information is, (i.e the tech details as every image tells you what it was created with)
If it was a mobile phone straight camera or was it ran in photoshop :P

99% it could be fake, ive probably seen worse on liveleak and other type places :P

Well the pics are surely real but the story i believe is just made up by some sicko, kinda funny how he links to 2girls1cup surely its very blackhat if you hit the view source (on the main site the west**** one it has adsense purely genius idea to ban your competitor :D

Pics are real but autopsy photos are legal, and everything from him puting finger inside her is normal procedures if needbe, hes wearing rubber gloves so i doubt its sexual.

its actually funny because you would be surprised how minor of a crime fucking a dead body probably is. There is no US federal law against necrophilia. only four US states have laws explicitly banning necrophilia.

There are of course laws against stealing corpses.
