[HELP] what is wrong with my landing page

i have a website selling press release services, with professional design and copy, and i manage to get nice amounts of targeted traffic to it daily. but somehow conversions are very low, and it hardly makes any sales.
Is someone willing to take a look and try giving me some advice on what's wrong with it? i'll PM the URL
