[HELP] What i Need to start develop Facebook App

Hi, i thinking to create apps on facebook, for collect emails and others infos of the users, post to your wall or send private messages.
and others functions, like generate random code and link this with one facebook id(this is in database i think not depend of facebook)

I will use Mysql for Database.

I need some direction i need to create my apps, thanks for any help;
