Help... what do I do now?

Hi all. I have a small agency where I generate leads in home improvements in the UK. I sell the leads on. The issue is that I use paid advertising- FB mostly. I have landing pages and generate traffic to the pages. I would like to find other avenues, as I think relying on FB is a dangerous strategy. I hired a SEO specialist in the Philippines and I have a copywriter that writes blogs. For now, organic traffic is low. What else could I do, I feel like I'm missing something. Thank you in advance.
