Help! Web 2.0's or PBN for unique texts (40'000 words) ?

it depends on your budget etc. Web 20s will cost nothing to setup (just some time) but can get deleted and you don't have that much control on them. PBN will cost more but you will have much more control on them. However no one can guarantee anything. They might work or might not work.
agree. spend somemoney for some quality domains - here are sellers on forum.
and put those articles there.
I, personally, did my tests. PBN / Expired for me give more fun.
however, if you build black hat tier lnks or go other linkbuilding ways, ROI is nearly same. just different.

Web 2.0s won't do fuckall compared to PBNs. Though without a significant investment, you won't build a decent PBN. But with web 2.0s, you won't rank crap these days. SEO requires some budget in 2017 and will require more and more in the upcoming years.
