I have read a lot about web 2.0 submission....I know you can submit with software.....but what about manual method??? How to do it??? do i need to create a wordpress, typepad, blogger account and a blog for every article submission???.....exactly how to do it manually??? I want to do 20+ submission of 20+ spun article....HELP ME!!!

Go to wordpress.com, join, add your blog post and links and move on to the next web 2.0 site. You really don't need to be held by the hand to do this. Experiment and learn. We all had to do a little research and experimentation before we fully grasped the concept of web 2.0s.
But where to submit article in wordpress without creating a blog??
If you have to ask this kind of a question you really should get more familiar with IM and how websites work in general. Reading some of the guides in the member downloads section will get you up to speed.
