[HELP]Verify my Paypal Account

Hi.. I have a limited paypal account under my REAL NAME,ADDRESS after using VCC and they requires me to do this:

1) Add Bank (done)
2) Credit Card Statement
3)Billing Address

The problem is Virtual Cash Card doesn't have a Credit Card Statement.. How can i remove its limitation?

Can i create another paypal account under my REAL NAME and verify it by adding bank account?Just want to ask if there would be another problem that i will encounter after that?

Hope someone will answer my question..

No problem, but you can not add 1 bank account with more than 1 Gaypal account in any way.

Create new account, But change ip and clear browser data before doing so.

*suggestion.

create new account... don't use vcc for verified...manual verified alternative verified for paypal

I can create a Fake credit card statement if I have a copy of original scanned one...
