I applied for Amonetize and they send registration form through EchoSign and in form it is asking for Company id/Vat Number and I don't have a Company Id neither Vat Number
What should I do Please Guide me?

use your name as your company name or contact them...

just put in N/A in those fields.
that's what amonetize support told me.
