[HELP]Upgraded to WP 3.1 Now I get a internal server error!

I have disabled plugins folder and active theme but that still has not resolved my problem. I am still getting a http 500 internal server error after having upgrded to wordpress 3.1. Any suggestions??

Hey, do you uprade it from automatic wordpress updates panel? or you did it manually?

i have no problem, wp 3.1 upgraded.

change your htacess file with default wp one,that will resolve your problem
