[Help]Unauthorized Paypal Payment

hey guys just now i just saw that money has been sent to freelancer without my consent.

I also checked my freelancer account to see if there were any funds on it and it still has the same amount of funds.
Is there anyway I can get my money back? I know its a little amount,but I just dont like being cheated out of money
