HELP!! Unable to rank my website

i am trying to rank my website(block-calls.com) for a few keywords. It was ranking earlier but when i redesigned it, its ranking dropped off and have not recovered yet in spite of my efforts. Can somebody suggest me if i'm missing something or where i'm going wrong? I am doing most of the activities like bookmarking, PR etc.

H2: 9, that is Good: Now try to maintain the same H1 (if used) or the website title subject in this heading!

H3: 5, that is Good, not fundamental but remember that if you are not going to use H2 at least use some H3 headings!

Tips: H1, H2 and H3 are Headings. If you can maintain the same subject in all the used Headings the search engine will have a better idea of what is crawling. For Example: If your page talk about [COLOR=#66747D !important]hosting try to repeat hosting in every used Heading.[/COLOR]
