Never seen that @khaledbaddez, try to play with the page:
- enter plugin name in search installed plugins (even though obviously not installed), see what happens
- check settings tab, anything there
- change theme, see what happens
- logout, reboot computer, retry
- FTP the plugin to plugin folder

Just a guess - maybe you have to chmod your plugins folder to 777? Maybe wordpress sees that there are no rights to write to plugins folder?

i tried this , what i see after is ''Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page''
Yes sounds like you have a problem with permssions writing files. Try FTP the plugin or change permissions as said above.

sounds like permission issue as other have stated

I am home today, will give you a hand if you want

Are you logged in as admin? Maybe you accidentally logged in as an editor or something?

Exactly! Otherwise, there should be option to upload/import plugin. It might still fail because of file permissions, but the menu will be there.

Also to those who suggested chmoding to 777, don't provide dumb suggestions please. If you don't know what you are doing, atleast don't teach others.. lol.

If your blog being hacked - this is the reason.
The second reason - incorrect permission to plugin folder, as the result WP can't write there.
And usually, the second reason comes from the first reason.

Cheers, Greg.

i logged as administrative so no worries ! FTP the plugin is a good alternative but i can't do it everytime i want a new plugin so i decided to ask the host for a reset ! do you have any method to export all the content so i can import it again after the backup ?

How did you get hacked?
today i found new spam articles are posted and i can't publish anything also this problem i am talking about on this thread
the reason :
maybe i did not pay attention to my blog security (Installing security , antimalware, anti spam plugins ) ! i always keep saying " what hackers gonna do with a tiny site like mine hahah so damn it ''

How did you get hacked?

In 99%
The most common reasons are always weak passwords to:

- WP
- Cpanel / Plesk
- phpMyAdmin
- FTP account
- hosting account
- mysql (especially when allowed are far connections)

The next reasons are:

- security holes in plugins
- security holes in themes

There are plenty of ways to search for blogs which have the mentioned security holes.
You should always remove everything what you not using, not just "deactivate" it.

Cheers, Greg.
