Help!"Unable to access any ScrapeBox server"

Help me plz!
I activated my scrapebox but I can't use it.After I run it there was not any reaction but displayed "Unable to access any ScrapeBox server at the moment,Please try again in a moment".I did it again but it's the same.I'm sure it's the latest version and the firewall was turned off,and there is no security software on my PC.I clicked the "Help" menu and go to "Test Server Connection" and ensure there have 6 green lights.
Now.How should I do?Plz give me some help!

Don't know what the problem could be. The latest version is 7.4.3.7, is that what you have? Maybe there was a temporary server issue on your end, who do you host with? If all else fails, do an uninstall then reinstall. That worked for me once when I had a problem.
