HELP twitter acc ghosted

My twitter acc is ghosted, when I follow people they don't get a notification. Does anyone know if this is permanent? Is it ghosted forever? what can I do? Help me!

No but I have been using sites like newfollow.info plusfollower.info etc to get followers, you get around 50 followers every time you use them but they follow some people too, I've been using them a lot about 3 times a day and I have unfollowed some of the people these apps followed everyday. I know I messed up but do you know if there's anything I can do now? is the ghosting forever?

I haven't been doing it for two months, but a few days ago I changed the niche, I changed everything username, bio profile pic , header and posted some tweets, the other day I followed 70 people and none of them followed back, so I checked with another acc and I was ghosted.
